A great tribute to the world famous spanish Rancio called "Fino de Jerez"
Dry white wine (non-fortified) aged under ‘flor’ in barrel for 5 years. This is a fantastic tradition of our region, and is a wonderful aperitif wine, to be served with Bellota and others Jabugo ham or salted anchovis.
